Technical Recruiter for Renewable Industry US Market

Sperton Global a leading staffing and recruitment player alongside our dedicated team at Sperton Pakistan is currently seeking an experienced SeniorTechnical Recruiterto join our business support team. This position is pivotal in strengthening our collaborations with multinational clients within the renewable energy sector specifically targeting the US market. Join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy by connecting top candidates with groundbreaking projects in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Source screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including online platforms job boards referrals and social media.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and suitability for multiple assigned positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates for our clients.
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to attract top talent.

Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience.
• Extensive experience in recruitment within the renewable sector (e.g. solar wind or hydropower) or alternatively experience from the oil and gas industry or Emobility.
• Substantial experience recruiting in the US market with an excellent understanding of the decisionmaking process among US companies.
• Proficiency in using ATS LinkedIn Recruiter other sourcing channels and social media platforms to efficiently source qualified candidates.
• Experience in the use of the latest AI tools in the recruitment process as our company moves towards the effective use of AI to stay ahead of our competitors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in engineering or a technical field.
• Excellent command of English both written and oral.
