Technical Product Analyst (f/m/x)

Work location: FULLY REMOTE within Poland

(with a possibility to use our offices in Warsaw or Zielona G ra)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a product analyst, you are part of the shop digital product team & are responsible
for creating a digital shopping experience our customers love.

Define, set up and support the conversion rate optimization strategy with the Product team
Lead the setup and tracking of all events in Google Analytics and PostHog
Extract and analyze event data to understand user journeys
Communicating insightful evaluations and interpretations of the findings to business
Empowering our shop and performance marketing functions to become fully data and
insight driven
Ensuring that the data is trustworthy (reliable, complete & consistent)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We empower our digital product teams to solve hard problems customer problems and
business problems in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business. Our
product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally comprised of a product manager, a
product designer, and several engineers. We staff our digital product teams with the skills
necessary to come up with effective solutions that are:
Valuable our customers choose to buy or use it
Viable the solution works within the many constraints of the business
Usable the user can figure out how to use it
Feasible our engineers have the skills and technology to implement
While the product manager is accountable for ensuring a solution is valuable and viable, and the
marketing team is responsible for bringing the right leads to our shop, the product analyst is
accountable for gathering, prioritising & sharing data-driven insights that improve the
probability visitors take desired actions (e.g. conversion, add-to-cart) on our shop s pages.
This means that the conversion rate optimisation manager must contribute to her product team:
Deep knowledge of our users and customers, defining and driving a roadmap of datadriven
initiatives (removing blockers & balancing time vs accuracy)
Industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the digital shopping
experience
An entrepreneurial spirit, consistently pushing the status quo through data-driven
innovation
This job, as with the other roles on the product team, is an individual contributor role. You will
need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key
executives, through your use of data and logic.

WHAT YOU BRING IN

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques of analyzing event streaming data and understanding user journeys
3 years working on technology-powered fast-paced products as either a data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
Excellent knowledge in Python and SQL to independently query from datawarehouse
Excellent knowledge of digital analytics best practices, tools and how to use, implement, modify and debug them:
o Must have - Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, PostHog
o Great to have HotJar, Amplitude / Mixpanel
Fluency in English both spoken & written
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

We offer competitive pay based on your experience and an excellent benefits package. The specific offer depends on a certain location and evaluated skill level.
The ranges are 18 - 20k PLN gross/month.
