Responsibilities:

• Contribution to the global HCM process – act as an expert to define, improve, maintain this process.
• Assist Solution experts of the project to define and configure roles needed to access requested features and data with a view on licences impact.
• Maintains online help to secure the proper use of the application on the domain, and provides expert support for incidents of users addressed to the domain.
• Check ang manage access request.
• Evaluates and tests the new functionalities made available during the application version upgrades on the domain; checks the absence of regression of the new versions of the application on the domain;
• Transmits its expertise to internal teams in charge of the solution on the domain.
about you
• Previous proved experience (3 to 5 years) in contact with project management jobs, either on the business side or on the solution side. Participation in a Fusion project at Orange is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills, with great listening skills. Ability to find, propose and promote innovative solutions or new uses.
• The ability to work in a team. Comfortable with autonomy and iterative processes.
• French is a plus.
