Job Title: Technical lead Embedded Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Embedded Software Engineer to join team. In this role you will lead the development and implementation of embedded software solutions ensuring the delivery of highquality and reliable products. You will provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to the embedded software engineering team while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop software requirements by gathering the projects different stakeholders requirements consolidating them and identifying any conflicting requirements.
• Responsible for system and customer requirements analysis for new products.
• Present work progress continuously through active participation in daily & weekly project meetings.
• Support project leader in software development planning.
• Perform technical reviews on the different project activities.
• Ensure the efficiency of the validation techniques and standards used by projects.
• Develop a features list and organize it into software delivery phases to ensure maximum value delivered to the customer with each phase.
• Own a standard process or technical area by developing and improving all related process documents guidelines checklists and tools based on the organizations needs.
• Responsible for high highlevel architecture definition for new products.
• Design develop code test and debug system software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production.
• Analyze and enhance the efficiency stability and scalability of system resources.
• Integrate and validate new product designs support software QA and Provide postproduction support.
• Interface with hardware design and development.
• Coach other team members and prepare training.
• Enhance the engineering process for higher efficiency and quality.
• Propose and work on innovative solutions for the future of home appliance technologies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering Communication or Electronics.
• The required Experience is 6 years of relevant experience should be in Home Appliances.
• Foreigner experts are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of English language is a must.
• Excellent experience in software engineering (requirement design development validation).
• Autonomous in C language.
• Autonomous in development methodologies and testing techniques.
• Autonomous in SW architecture.
• Excellent experience with software of small embedded devices (Microcontrollers).
• Excellent experience with IOT and Multicore solutions on embedded systems.
• Autonomous scripting skills.
• Autonomous in HW and SW debugging.
• Excellent electronics knowledge.
• Experience with IEC60730 is a plus.
• ISTQB certified Recommended.

Work Conditions:

• Must be able to relocate to Egypt (Banha).
• Working days: 5 (Sunday Thursday).
• Working Hours: 8 hrs.
