Technical Documentation

Job Overview:

Kale Logistics a leading software SaaS productbased firm is seeking a skilled and detailoriented Technical Writer to drive the quality and clarity of our technical documentation. This role involves creating comprehensive userfriendly manuals release notes and other technical documents for our software products. As a key contributor the Technical Writer will play an integral part in enhancing user experience and supporting the success of our solutions. By collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams you will ensure our documentation effectively communicates complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update user manuals software release notes and other technical documentation.
• Work independently to gather information from subject matter experts and other sources.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate clear and easy to understand.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that documentation meets the needs of endusers.
• Handle adhoc tasks related to documentation as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Technical writing certification.
• 45 years of experience in technical documentation.
• Proven track record of winning recognition or appreciation for technical documentation in previous organizations.
• Proficiency in at least one technical writing tool such as Photoshop Snagit or Robohelp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to deliver on schedule.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Strong interpretation skills to translate complex technical information into userfriendly documentation.

Additional Information:

• This is an individual contributor role but the candidate should be able to interact effectively with team members as needed.
• No traveling is involved in this position.
