- Learning how to work effectively within an Agile framework
- Preparing for sprint planning meetings
- Running sprint retrospective meetings.
- Helping your teammates to stay motivated and cheerful
- The Agile Coach's role is to inspire the team, give tools, and promote personal growth. Their roles may include a variety ofagile coach responsibilities, such as:
- Distribute information on the Agile process to all team members early on.
- Each process step that will be necessary during the project's lifespan should be taught by the team.
- Assist in the development of project plans.
- Identify probable project pitfalls.
- Respond to your colleagues' questions.
