As a Payment Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our payment processing systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Providing application software development services focusing on payment solutions.
• Developing program logic for new applications and modifying the logic in existing applications.
• Writing testing debugging documenting implementing and maintaining software applications.
• Ensuring the integration and maintenance of application components.
• Making recommendations for the development of new code or the reuse of existing code.
• Implementing system improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial services industry systems especially those related to payment processing.
• Performing other related duties as assigned ensuring the success of our payment solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Base24 programming (including Base24ATM Base24POS Base24EPS Base24UPS and Base24Classic).
• Proficiency in HPE NonStop development.
• Experience in TAL/pTAL TACL Guardian environment SQL/MX and Enscribe database Pathway COBOL and SCOBOL.
• Knowledge of Connex on HPE NonStop Payments systems.
• Expertise in ATM and POS device driving scheme and interchange links and card and account authorization services.
• Proficiency in key management and validation services using HSM (e.g. Thales SafeNet Atalla).
• Experience delivering best practices for Managed Service clients based on the ITIL framework.
