We are on the lookout for a motivated Junior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on revolutionizing the used car sales platform through innovative data solutions. This role is essential for someone who is passionate about building robust and efficient data architectures developing and maintaining data pipelines and enabling advanced analytics and business intelligence capabilities. By leveraging big data technologies and programming skills you will play a crucial part in shaping the datadriven decisionmaking process that guides our development and management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain a robust and efficient data architecture to collect store and process data from various sources within our used car sales platform.
• Develop and implement optimal database schemas ensuring data integrity and quality to support accurate analysis and decisionmaking by the development and management teams.
• Build and manage data workflows (data pipelines) to efficiently move data from sources to destinations ensuring that relevant information is accessible and usable promptly across different company divisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists analysts and development teams to understand data needs and provide solutions that enable indepth analysis and the application of business intelligence within the used car sales platform.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in data modeling ETL processes big data technologies (Hadoop Spark NoSQL) programming (Python) data governance and data security.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of data modeling ETL processes and familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in programming particularly in Python and a strong foundation in data governance and data security principles.
• Ability to design and implement effective data solutions that support complex data analysis and decisionmaking.
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies and methodologies to solve datarelated challenges.
