_You make ERNI better! Not only do you continuously optimise our integrated management system. Together with the respective specialists, you will also bring our business processes, procedures and role descriptions to a new level._

_Quality is not only your claim, but also your field of work. With your communicative manner, you ensure a constant increase in quality awareness throughout the ERNI family. In this context, you also ensure compliance with the quality system at all locations. This also includes regular quality checks at quality gates._

_The operation and maintenance of the internal training management system and the Non-Conformity System are also in your responsible hands. There is no lack of variety in your new job. You also control the CAPA process and discover your inner detective when conducting root cause analyses._

As a process expert, you will complete audits in your sleep. You help others with the planning and preparation of internal and external audits, and you conduct internal system audits and regular project audits yourself. At ERNI, however, you better be awake.

As a team leader, you naturally keep an overview of your sheep. In addition to monthly reviews, you ensure that all assigned projects follow the correct process at all times. Also, with training and your active support, you turn your project staff into real professionals.

Finally, processing and managing change requests is also a bit of bureaucracy in your field of responsibility.

What you bring with you:

_After your university degree in software engineering or a comparable course of study, you have already gained experience in process design and improvement, as well as in quality and project management. You have acquired a sound knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 13485) and IEC 62304._

_You are willing to travel occasionally - mainly in Europe - and have a fluent command of German and English, at least at B2 level._
