We are hiring for Team Lead P2P for a Leading MNC in Goregaon.
5 days working (hybrid mode)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team; ensuring team members deliver performance that meets or exceeds the required performance levels in terms of quality and efficiency; serves as a point of escalation for issues and drives issues to resolution; generates ideas for and participates in process improvement opportunities and team members development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
Direct supervision and provide leadership to his/ her team on daytoday responsibilities motivate team to achieve highest level of quality efficiency and meet or exceed all goals. Build a culture of continuous improvement.
Enable accurate accounting and service delivery with highest level of quality and timely ensuring compliance approval verification and quality control review
Ensure all accounting policies and controls are implemented
Timely monitor and manage reporting of all performance indicators specific to his/her team.
Facilitate timely issue resolution including escalation in accordance with governance structure.
Work with other team leaders to ensure that department is meeting or exceeding performance
levels.
Identify and present solutions for process improvements
Provide internal and external audit support as required
Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries
Develop skill sets of team members to be ready for future opportunities
Retain top talent in the team and provide platform for growth
Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the line manager
LIMITS OF AUTHORITY: As directed by Line Manager
SKILLS QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
University Graduate or MBA with a major in accounting or finance.
8 years of Domain Expertise
Experience in accounting AP/AR/P2P and financial systems.
Must have at least 34 years of people management experience in managing a team of 10 team members.
Must have experience in automating business processes for improved efficiency.
Must demonstrate proficiency in identifying automation opportunities selecting tools and delivering measurable results.
Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
Experience in interfacing with business operational customers and Controllers
ESSENTIAL:
Ability to manage a diverse group of skill sets in a delivery center environment.
Strong communication skills
Ability to portray professionalism and confidence to customers/stakeholders via phone and email.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and handle large volume of work efficiently and accurately.
Demonstrate high ethical standards
