Requirements
Experience:
3 years of experience leading and developing software applications using the MERN stack(Mongo DB Express.js React.js Node.js)
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in serverside development with Node.js and Express.js
- Deep understanding of MongoDB and its querying capabilities.
- Strong experience with React.js for building user interfaces.
- Knowledge of server architecture including scaling and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) and experience leading software development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to estimate project timelines manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD) for automated testing and deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure would be a plus.
- Proficiency in writing clean welldocumented and maintainable code.
