Team Lead MERN Stack Developer

Requirements

• Proficient in serverside development with Node.js and Express.js
  
• Deep understanding of MongoDB and its querying capabilities.
  
• Strong experience with React.js for building user interfaces.
  
• Knowledge of server architecture including scaling and performance optimization.
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) and experience leading software development teams.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  
• Ability to estimate project timelines manage resources and delegate tasks effectively.
  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD) for automated testing and deployment.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure would be a plus.
  
• Proficiency in writing clean welldocumented and maintainable code.
