Job Description

* Management of Direct (such as Corporate Income Tax) and all Indirect (such as Payroll Tax) tax matters for the organization
* Preparing paperwork for tax payments and returns
* Ensure the company s Executive team is aware of Tax exposure and impact from Asset disposals/structural business changes/Mergers and acquisitions etc.
* Recommending tax strategies that align with business goals
* Preparation and lodgment of tax returns
* Providing tax advice to Management on all taxation matters such as research and development tax breaks etc.
* Organizing and updating the companys tax database
* Reviewing updating and improving taxrelated systems
* Identifying areas to reduce tax exposure
* Keep up to date with changes to the taxation legislation
* Liaising with Tax Authorities FIRS LIRS Tax Consultants Auditors and regulatory bodies when required
* Forecasting tax predictions understanding the financial landscape and market trends
Requirements
* A university degree in mathematics economics accounting business law or relevant degree
* Professional Certifications such as ACA CITN ACCA
* Minimum of 5year experience in taxation practice preferably in Big 4 accounting firms or in an independent taxation role
* Be extremely detailoriented
* Outstanding communication skills
* Exceptional computational skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Excellent computer and analytical skills
A Bachelor s degree/ HND Degree At least 5+ years work experience Strong Organizational skills Proficiency in handling clients inquiries and resolving issues Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or a similar VIP customer service role Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of private jet services, airport operations, and international travel regulations is a plus
