Printstop offers SaaSbased platform (Mandaala) that automates order to delivery workflows for branded merchandise onboarding kits stationery marketing collateral corporate gifts and a lot more. Our customers include Deloitte Capgemini HDFC Ergo Bajaj Allianz Yes Bank Siemens Xerox and several others.

Why This Role
At our size and scale Hiring Right and on Time is the single most important lever for achieving company goals. We see the need of a dedicated experienced individual heading talent acquisition for us and hence the opening at Printstop. This role demands self drive passion maturity multi tasking capabilities with taking high ownership and decision making ability.

Work preference : Fulltime at office preferable; Hybrid in selective cases

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding:
  • Develop the Employee Value Proposition
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain a positive online and offline presence to enhance Printstops image as an employer of choice.
Job Articulation:
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into clear and comprehensive job descriptions (JDs).
  • Craft JDs that appeal to potential candidates and reflect the companys culture and values.
Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and industryspecific platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Use Cost effective sourcing methods.
Interviewing and Selection:
  • Design the interview rounds based on profiles
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments through structured interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed selection decisions.
Coordination:
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating feedback and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by offering guidance and support during the recruitment journey.
Onboarding:
  • Assist in the smooth onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Play an active role in the induction and post induction training needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 46 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in employer branding and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
