Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, the primary purpose is to attract, evaluate, and select qualified

candidates for job openings within the company. Collaborate with hiring managers, conduct

interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The goal is to

find the best talent that aligns with the company’s needs and culture.

Role and Responsibilities:

. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles within the company.

Compile job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company websites, and social

media platforms.

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with potential hires.

Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms.

Assist new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in HR (Preferably multinational background)
• Excellent command of English Language.
