interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The goal is to

Role and Responsibilities:
. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles within the company.

Compile job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company websites, and social
media platforms.

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with potential hires.
