- Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
- Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Develop and prepare job descriptions, profiles and offer letters.
- Plan employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates.
- Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
- Create new tools and ideas that help attract quality candidates.
- Update the HR databases on a regular basis.
- Assist in various activities and initiatives; On boarding, Internal communication, Employer Branding, training programs, organizational development ….…etc.
- Plan for employee benefits programs and initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate company related events.
- Submit HR related reports.
