Job Description

  • Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
  • Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels.
  • Develop and prepare job descriptions, profiles and offer letters.
  • Plan employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates.
  • Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
  • Create new tools and ideas that help attract quality candidates.
  • Update the HR databases on a regular basis.
  • Assist in various activities and initiatives; On boarding, Internal communication, Employer Branding, training programs, organizational development ….…etc.
  • Plan for employee benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate company related events.
  • Submit HR related reports.
