Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition with a preference for those who have worked in startup environments. We are looking for young professionals who are passionate about recruitment and thrive in fastpaced innovative settings.

Tasks

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source attract and engage top talent through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
• endtoend recruitment process from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment and track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Perfect and confident in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in startup environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
