Talent Acquisition Manager

iTi is seeking a Talent Manager to join our Operations team!

Leverage your creativity to shape and develop the recruiting strategy to grow our network of independent consultants. Use your outstanding people appraisal and assessment skills to ensure high expertise and depth in our network.

Launch plans to identify the best independent consultants to support our clients, ensuring high quality, impact, and results.

Lead the effort in building strong relationships with our independent consultants, Client Service Partners, and services providers

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendor partners and liaison between them and iTi.

Proactively engage the marketplace to identify innovative supplier offerings, develop company leverage, understand key cost drivers, and mitigate risk.
