Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract candidates through various channels (Abgad Careers LinkedIn JobBoards and SocialMedia Networks)
• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial assessments review applications and perform phone screenings to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements in line witheach position requirements
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates in line with the interview matrix
• Candidate Engagement and Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates treating them as friends and customers ensuring a smooth recruitment and follow up process

Qualifications:

• A HumanResources major student or a relevant degreewith extra curricularactivities that involves communication with external parties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with super strong attention to details
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and tools is a plus
• Techsavvy!
