As a Talent Acquisition Associate focusing on the MENA region and GCC clients you will be responsible for identifying attracting and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing candidates building talent pipelines and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Assisting clients in using our AI platform Iris for creating jobs and fetching the relevant candidates according to the prompts and filters that were used while creating the job.

What is Iris

Iris is An AllinOne AI Recruitment Platform Designed for Founders and Hiring Managers. It automates the sourcing shortlisting and outreach to candidates. With Iris by your side youll be able to:

  • Discover 100M profiles and match with relevant candidates in 24 seconds or less.
  • Send hyperpersonalized messages to shortlisted candidates without lifting a finger.
  • Enhance your search with AI that never stops learning

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively source screen and select qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Develop job postings and headhunt on LinkedIn and different jobs boards.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team ensuring hiring needs and requirements for the clients.
  • Work closely with the Data and SEO teams in getting relevant candidates for the clients through web scraping.
  • Client Retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Tech & Non Tech sourcing bonus is experience in GCC and MENA region.
  • Experience in using recruitment ATS systems.
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
  • Highly motivated to create and deliver creative exciting and impactful results.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
