Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the community or social media manager to craft captivating content for social media platforms.
• Develop and execute digital strategies for online community management across various social media channels.
• Engage with comments on posts and direct messages to foster trust and authority for personal or company profiles.
• Moderate and stimulate conversation within social media groups to maintain a vibrant community.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators aligning with strategic goals and objectives.
• Analyze user interactions and data to derive insightful observations and improve engagement strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media to continuously enhance community engagement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in written English with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced skills in graphic design copywriting and video editing.
• Excellent in managing tasks and time capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in PC operations including Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite.
• Comfortable with remote work and capable of operating independently.
