Responsibilities:

• Work in tandem with our Community or Social Media Manager to create engaging and original content tailored for various social media channels.
• Design and implement innovative digital strategies to enhance online community management and drive engagement.
• Actively engage with our audience through comments and direct messaging building a trusted and authoritative presence.
• Foster and moderate discussions within social media groups to ensure a lively and constructive community atmosphere.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to gauge success and inform future strategies ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.
• Dive deep into user interactions and analytics to extract valuable insights using this data to refine and bolster engagement tactics.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed on the latest social media trends and best practices applying this knowledge to continuously improve our community engagement efforts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in navigating major social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn with a knack for leveraging their unique features.
• A meticulous eye for detail paired with exceptional organizational abilities.
• A strong creative skill set with proficiency in graphic design copywriting and video editing.
• An adept multitasker with excellent time management skills capable of prioritizing effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in computer operations with familiarity with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite.
• Comfortable with remote work possessing the discipline and initiative to thrive in an independent setting.
