A fastgrowing Tech driven Company is currently hiring TA Partner to join their Malaysia office located in Klang Valley.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attracting Identifying Assessing Hiring and Onboarding candidates to fill the open positions within the company.
- Employer branding future resource planning diversifying a company s workforce and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the keystones of talent acquisition.
- Strive to directly source candidates for roles using a range of creative practices. Utilize the ATS database as a source to engage registered candidates and those online job portals to attract passive candidates thus creating a mix of sourcing methods to develop a rich pipeline of talented individuals at all time.
- Effective collaboration clear communication and goal alignment with the hiring manager is the key for success hiring.
