Systems Engineer

We are actively recruiting a dedicated Systems Engineer to contribute to our clients success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity with solid experience in Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office365 Azure Active Directory Azure services and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS) Intune.
• Experience with L2 and L3 incident management.
• Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are preferred.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in implementing and supporting cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients with Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Design implement and support Microsoft Cloud solutions including Azure Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 Intune Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Exchange Azure services Microsoft
• Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS) Intune and Firewall solutions.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process.
• Provide L2 and L3 level support to clients for issues related to Microsoft Cloud solutions and work with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Microsoft Cloud solutions and best practices.
• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in Microsoft Cloud technologies and cybersecurity trends and provide recommendations to clients for improving their security posture.
• Work collaboratively with other team members including project managers sales and technical support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.
