Job Description

- Preparing systems to ensure running offers and campaigns.
- Configure system by inserting (merchant, branches, coordinates, commissions, and payment cycles)
- Receiving and responding to internal requests and support other teams.
- Handle and update weekly/monthly presentation for systems set up tasks.
- Attending UATs and testing.
- Responsible to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree.
- Proficient user of computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Communication Skills.
- 2+ years of experience in Backoffice or complaint teams or telecom industries.
- Very Good English.
