System Administration

From The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Systems Administration profile. The position will be in an end customer located in Lisbon. The position will be in hybrid.

We are looking for a Junior and a Senior profile.

The following is a must:

• Experience with establishing documenting and maintaining disaster and backup & recovery procedures;
• Develops basic and complex Business Continuity (BC) Disaster Recovery (DR) and Emergency Response plans to effectively minimize the impact of internal and/or external threats to the hard and soft assets of the organization and assists with the implementation of BC/DR plans;
• Performs risk management analysis and documents for disaster and backup & recovery plan;
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as: server load balancer firewall DNS Active Directory SMTP Citrix Avamar Backup Storage and VMWare;
• Experience working with datacenter operations (cloud or onpremises);
• Ability to identify key metrics and reporting methods that lead to actionable operational insight;
• Implements and supports the policies procedures and programs that ensure the recovery and integrity of company data databases information systems and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster
• Knowledge of DORA regulations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB management Change management processes as it relates to disaster recovery planning; is a PLUS
