Support Engineer eCommerce Infrastructure Services eIS

Transaction Data Storage (TDS) team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join and deliver strategic goals for Amazon eCommerge Storage Technologies (eCST) systems. This is a great opportunity to join our mission to manage/build tech solutions that empower our customers. You will be responsible for providing oncall to Sable services, maintaining, troubleshooting and developing tools to automate operations to improve the developer productivity. You must be able to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in Unix
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, networks and operating systems
