Job Description

  • Oversee the fulfillment of on-demand and monthly contract supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain optimal pricing strategies to ensure ILLAs margin is preserved while meeting customer demand.
  • Acquire backup suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply availability.
  • Categorize and tier suppliers based on their capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition team to communicate the required supply and its respective category.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive portfolio of captains, covering all cities and various truck types.


Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong focus on supply fulfillment.
  • Prior experience in land freight operations is highly desirable and will be considered a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills to effectively analyze supply data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to generate reports and effectively communicate findings.
