Supply Chain Engineer

Our company is looking for an efficient Supply Chain Engineer to join the Logistics department. You should be able to analyze supply chain processes identify areas of improvement and suggest revisions. You will also be developing comprehensive supply chain strategies to aid effective management.

Tasks

• Analyzing supply chain processes and recommending improvement measures.
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy under the supervision of top management.
• Build an environment of trust between the company and vendors/suppliers.
• Collaborate with purchasing team and sales team to assure complete and smooth operation.
• Optimizing areas that need improvement.
• Suggesting supply chain strategies for effective functioning.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering is required.
• Proven work experience in the Logistics department.
• At least 2 years experience as a supply chain engineer in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly spreadsheets.
• Alexandria resident.
