Supply Chain Director

Key Responsibilities:

•Establish and lead the Supply Chain Department, setting strategic goals and objectives.

•Develop and implement demand planning strategies to optimize inventory management and meet customer demands.

•Design and execute efficient logistics and transportation solutions to enhance distribution networks and reduce costs.

•Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align supply chain activities with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.

•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards excellence.

•Demonstrated experience in establishing new departments or leading transformational initiatives.

•In-depth knowledge of demand planning, logistics, and transportation processes and best practices.

•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
