Store Manager
  • Min 0203 years of experience in retail /FMCG (outlet sales)/Food & beverages (outlet sales).
  • Must have understanding of the role and business acumen handling/handled sales & operations in the current/previous role with a team of min. 34 people.
  • Acting SM/ASM can be considered for SM role. Age should not be more than 30 years.

  3. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels placing orders and managing stock flow are essential tasks. You need to ensure that popular items are always in stock while minimizing excess inventory to avoid overstocking.
  4. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is key to building loyalty and increasing sales. Youll need to handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
  5. Sales and Targets: Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth is a major part of your role. Youll analyze sales data identify trends and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  6. Budgeting and Financial Management: Managing the stores budget including expenses such as payroll rent and utilities is crucial. Youll need to find ways to optimize spending while maintaining high standards.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with the malls marketing team or coordinating your own promotions is essential for attracting foot traffic to your store. This might involve social media marketing instore events or collaborations with other businesses.
