Required Skills : Portfolio that shows equivalent project experience or equivalent talent. 5 years of experience designing interactive applications for web An excellent portfolio showcasing user experience visual design and UI wok with a strong design sensibility and excellent user centric storytelling. Excellent visual UI and interaction skills ability to think through complex interaction design Customerfocused with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights Effective written and verbal communication skills Selfmotivated able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique Ability to perform in a fast paced high stress iterative design process under minimal supervision.

- Research and define UX strategy contribute to the overall product and design direction from concept to implementation.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions for employee experiences that help guide various types of our employees from different backgrounds and with different requirements.
- Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers; iterate and improve those experiences as needed.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment with engineers and other partners; invest in building relationships and trust with stakeholders and leaders.
- Present work to partners stakeholders and senior leaders regularly.
- Define and share our UX design standards and guidelines. Advocate for consistency across team members and partners.
