Job Description:
We are searching for a proficient QA Automation Testing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our product client operating in the cybersecurity and network security testing domain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in automation testing methodologies and a strong commitment to ensuring product quality and security.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design develop and execute automated test scripts using industrystandard automation tools and frameworks with a particular focus on security testing.
- Identify record document thoroughly and track security vulnerabilities and bugs using specialized issue tracking systems.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that security vulnerabilities are effectively addressed.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and ensure the overall security integrity of the product.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers on security best practices.
- Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure the timely delivery of highquality secure products.
- Stay abreast of the latest security testing tools trends and technologies and propose improvements to enhance the security testing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (9 to 14 years) working as a QA Automation Testing Engineer or in a similar role with a focus on cybersecurity and network security testing.
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium Appium or similar with specific experience in security testing tools such as Burp Suite Metasploit or OWASP ZAP.
- Handson experience with programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
- Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts for security testing of web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of security testing methodologies tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail particularly in identifying security vulnerabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain is highly desirable.
