1 Strong cross-functional skillsets across architecture, development, analysis, data, QA, DevOps, and various platforms
2 Demonstrable experience developing real-time payments or equivalent critical national infrastructure applications
3 Team of developers that have proven test-driven development methodology
4 Proven track record with Java Spring, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Camel, Redis, Docker, and Jenkins
5 Flexibility to staff experts from bench (e.g., security, data, AWS/Azure/GCP Commercial and Government Clouds, networking, platforms, IT operations)
