Job Description
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment.
  2. Source candidates through Job Portals like Naukri Internshala and Social Media Platforms.
  3. Screening the candidates based on Educational Qualification Communication skill and experience.
  4. Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview.
  5. Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan.
  6. Maintaining the database MIS and reports of the candidates.
  7. Must be involved in the joining process of the employee onboarding documentation and the post joining activities.
  8. Communicate with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conduct employee engagement activities.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: BBA/ MBA or any equivalent degree
  • Independent and selfstarter
  • Positive and highly motivated and driven;
  • Can do attitude
  • Must be tech savvy
