Sr. Functional Tech Analyst Sourcing,Promising & Allocation ( SP&A)

As the client Finance Global Operations and Logistics as a Sr. Functional Tech Analyst Sourcing,Promising & Allocation ( SP&A), you will be responsible for supporting Technical Capability Director and carrying out future state technology solutions delivery. You will work in an agile environment, whose focus will be to design solutions, manage delivery across teams, support build, test and support the solution.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be a member of an 10-12 person capability team that will use SAFE Agile principles to deliver on sprint commitments. You will work directly with business users to understand business needs and help figure out overall design, partner with Business Capability Process Experts to assist in evaluation of Solution Options, and ensure Solution Design achieves intended business needs, and will be communication with various stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Provide Technical, Functional and Domain Expertise for Future State Technical Solution Design for MarketPlace Allocation, Promising, Sourcing and Inventory Availability capabilities
  
• Partner with multiple Technical Product Management , Delivery teams and Technology Partners.
  
• Document and Provide Domain Expertise for Enabling Data and Technical Requirements for Technical Design and Data Definition Specifications
  
• Lead resolution of high priority issues with customers and production support teams.
  
• Provide Quality Management (QM) testing support to all SAP configuration changes and custom improvements.
  
• Partner and participate in Future State Business Process Design work.
  
• Document business and system process flows.
  
• Partner and participate in Solution architecture design.
  
• Validate & Recommend Acceptance Business Process Design & Requirements
  
• Define and Document hand-offs to Operations / Production Support
  
• Align to Nike Technical Standards
  
• Work with the team during the PI on the backlog of work for each iteration delivering value in 2-week Agile Sprints
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• Understanding of SAP S4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and configuration with a heavy focus on aATP ( Advanced Available to Promise) functionality and features.
  
• Hands-on experience in the ATP features of BOP ( Back Order Processing), Supply Assignment, RE-ATP, Supply Protection is a huge plus.
  
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders and elicit and document requirements.
  
• Prior experience in implementing and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries with SAP S4 Fashion configuration is required.
  
• Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome driven environment
  
• Flexible, accountable, detailed, able to work in ambiguity, and a desire for continuous personal growth
  
• Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT teams
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area and 5+ years of demonstrated experience in SAP S4 Sales and Distribution module/processes.
  
• Experience working with supply chain technology organization is highly preferable.
