The IT Support Analyst provides technical support to employees and ensures the smooth operation of IT systems. This individual is the first point of contact for technical issues and is responsible for troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network infrastructure problems.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to endusers via phone email chat and inperson.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Diagnose and resolve networkrelated problems.
4. Install configure and maintain computer systems peripherals and applications.
5. Assist with user account management and access control.
6. Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.
7. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
8. Participate in IT projects system upgrades and maintenance.
9. Maintain IT inventory and asset management records.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field preferred
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment.
3. Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
4. Solid understanding of computer hardware software and networking principles.
5. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
6. Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
7. Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
