Position: Sr. Consultant InstallShield
Location: Pune

Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 years senior engineer/developer level experience with Windows and related platform APIs and applicati on standards in an enterprise scale environment.
Technical Skills (Essential):
- Indepth handson understanding and experience with MSI technologies across both W7 W10and W11 platforms
- Handson understanding and experience with MSI & MSIX technologies.
- Has some experience with Intune COTS methodology
- Significant experience in the design and implementation of pre/postinstallation installation uninstall upgrade and patch packaging troubleshooting & scripting in an enterprisescale.
- Experience in creating complex Transforms for already MSI packaged applications and complex conditional MSI Feature design methods.
- Experience with Flexera Admin Studio InstallShield Intune SCCM Cloud Experience.
- Desirable skills of VBScript and PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience of packaging associated third party tools such as: Process Monitor PSADT Orca MSIDiff etc.
- Digital/certificates signing of packages.
Technical Skills (Beneficial):
- Familiarity and experience with any of the following technologies.
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
- Microsoft Intune
- Experience of the above essential skills in highly virtualized desktop environments (VDI and published desktop).
- General PowerShell scripting and package development experience in technologies applied in an application analysis packaging or distribution context.
Key responsibilities are the following:
- The position forms an integral part of Modern Application Management team:
- Complete process knowledge of Application lifecycle management.
- Collecting and understanding requirements for bringing new technology to the bank.
- Agreeing and documenting packaging standards.
- Overseeing and managing changes to those standards.
- Providing guidance and support to developers and third parties on adherence to the agreed standards.
- Providing 3rdline support and vendor escalation of technical and process issues arising from production use of the standards.
- Creating updating and maintaining automated workflows applying packaging standards.
- Facilitates migration of CM objects to testing hierarchies.
