Job Description:
Hometek is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our smart home solutions and related services by identifying and engaging potential clients nurturing leads and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients interested in home technologies through cold calling networking events referrals and online platforms.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations highlighting the innovative features and benefits of Hometeks home technology solutions.
- Listen attentively to clients needs concerns and preferences to develop tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Offer personalized recommendations and proposals that align with clients budgets and expectations ensuring a seamless integration of technology into their homes.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service addressing inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support.
- Utilize effective negotiation strategies to overcome objections discuss pricing options and finalize agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets quotas and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and contribute to the companys success.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing customer support and technical experts to ensure a coordinated approach to client interactions and project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions sales activities and project details using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in similar industry or hotel management banking and insurance is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the designated region.
- Motivated and resultsoriented with a customercentric approach.
