Responsibilities:
• Promote sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) brands, lighting control and guest room management systems (GRMS)
• Trading through System Integrators and Trade Partners in the region with 7 years’ experience in sales & account management.
• Experience within the market for building management system and HVAC systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners and potential customer accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre- defined targets.
• Maintaining MEP contractor & consultant relationships.
• Monitor competitors’ activity and co-ordinate counter actions under the supervision of the Partner Channel leader.
• Monitor customer / market needs and continuously compare positions of our prices, products, services and inform your supervisor for new strategies.
