SQL with HCM

Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Client: UK client

Tasks and deliverables the consultant is required to work on and produce: 1. Through understanding of how data is structured with SAP HCM module
2. Able to analyze a particular screen and list of the underlying source of the data from SAP DB where the data is displayed.
3. Able to map out the individual source fields within reports and screen and help create a query or view to match up with reporting requirement.
4. NO DEVELOPMENT is expected to be done on SAP HCM
However analysis and help for building of SQL queries once the underlying DB is migrated to Azure is required So SQL knowledge is MUST HAVE
5. Identification of all necessary SAP tables/Objects for data migrations
6. Collaborate with Azure data engineer to ensure data is correctly represented.
7. Help support and Validate the outcomes on Azure Report with SAP HCM
8. Participate and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirement and detail design is properly captured.

Mandatory skills: SAP HCM Application understanding.
Database level understanding of the SAP HCM modules
SQL

Good to have skills: SQL
