• Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing finance and customer support to ensure seamless integration and alignment of sportsbook initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the sportsbook offering introducing new features and improving user experience.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and technological innovations to remain competitive.
• Provide regular and adhoc reports on sportsbook performance to senior management highlighting key metrics trends and areas for improvement.
• Utilize data analysis tools to make informed decisions and optimize the sportsbooks performance.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
