Role and Responsibilities:
As a Jr. Recruiter/Recruiter you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting conducting direct sourcing activities preliminary phone interviewing and negotiating compensation packages. You will utilize various Internet sourcing techniques and existing candidate relationships to screen candidates coordinate salary expectations benefits and interviews. Additionally you will be involved in reference checks and updating job boards.

Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for fresh graduates/postgraduates in Life Sciences such as B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology Microbiology Chemistry Pharma or related fields. For experienced individuals US BPO/customer service experience with international voice calling is preferred. Willingness to work night shifts(Nons Rotational) is required.
