Job Description

- Managing the sortation process per zone for each of our hubs.
- Managing daily cycle of receiving and dispatching the shipments to the hubs and ensuring that we followed the agreed SLA
- Ensure dispatching all shipments at the same day to the destined hubs
- Provide a support during all receiving, sorting and forwarding process to sorting facility team
- Communicate workload issues to the operation manager to seek additional support
