We are actively seeking a highly skilled and customercentric Solution Architect to join our team at VideoSDK.live. As a Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the voice of the customer to impact product strategy and ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our largest and most strategic users. You will collaborate with various teams to integrate and deliver highquality solutions while actively contributing to product and process improvements.


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Voice of the Customer:

  • Utilize firsthand customer knowledge to influence product strategy.

  • Collaborate with team at VideoSDK to ensure offerings continue to satisfy the needs of our largest and most strategic users.


2. Integration and Delivery:
a) Collaborative Integration:

    • Work with integration engineers to configure client workflows efficiently.

    • Provide technical leadership to users building VideoSDK integrations ensuring highquality implementations and timely issue resolution


b)Technical Content Creation:
  • Develop technical content including sample code and demos to guide customers in implementing specific use cases and best practices.
  • Design Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate product adherence to client requirements.

3. Solution Design and Technology Adoption:
a) Technical Proficiency:

    • Master Video SDKs APIs/SDKs and optimize deployment strategies.

    • Translate business objectives into tailored technical solutions.

b) Client Engagement:

    • Cultivate relationships with diverse technical audiences from engineers to CTOs.

    • Understand customer needs and advise on the most relevant VideoSDK features for their specific business requirements.

    • Collaborate closely with VideoSDKs Sales team to create proof of concept applications and deliver technical demonstrations.

    • Proactively identify and address customer challenges promoting wider adoption of VideoSDK technology.


4. Product and Process Improvement:
  • Build processes for the solutions team identifying and automating repetitive tasks to ensure faster golive timelines for clients.

  • Work closely with the product and engineering team to enhance our offerings.


5. Personal and Team Competence Building:

a) Continuous SelfImprovement:
  • Develop personal skills to enhance problemsolving trustbuilding and client value delivery.

  • Hone communication skills for better understanding and conflict resolution.

  • Stay composed during challenging client interactions.


b) Knowledge Sharing and Relationship Building:
  • Contribute to a bestpractices knowledge base.

  • Cultivate open client relationships encouraging discussions on problems and challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in technical sales with a focus on selling complex and technical products.

Strong understanding of webRTC HLS and video streaming technologies.

Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g. NodeJS) and frontend programming languages (e.g. JavaScript React).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Have experience with building product solutions and interacting with clients

Should be able to engage with the customer in a technical discussion to understand the issues the customers are facing and provide solutions
