Reliability EPM Location: CupertinoJob SummaryENGINEERING PROGRAM MANAGERThe Reliability Program Management Organization is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in data visualization new process implementation and project management. The candidate will be responsible for accelerating our teams transition to a new data storage and sharing systems for both internal and cross functional partners. This will involve reviewing and building on top of current documentation (i.e. Keynotes Confluence etc) organizing department resources (internal training videos existing documentation guides) and implementing development feedback to create an adaptable user interface that meets the needs of the Apple Home/Audio and Vision Products Group Reliability teams.Responsibilities include: Project management of overall project to establish documentation and educate cross functional team on our data review tools. Digesting existing documentation for Tableau dashboards and other data review tools. Bring the updated framework to design teams and collect feedback to drive any required enhancements and to address design team concerns. Interacting with a diverse and hardworking group of team members to communicate new data review tools and methods. Enhance existing Tableau dashboards with a mindset of enhancing the user experience (ease of use speed and intuitive user interface design).Key Qualifications Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage feedback from several teams at once. Eagerness to go into uncharted territory and being the team trailblazer. Dynamic and cando attitude with a passion to deliver crisp tools to enable folks to dig deeper. Experience in design and development of Tableau visualization solutions Teamwork and collaboration oriented Ability to work independently and communicate with crossfunctional teams Education and Experience B.S. in Engineering or related field 3 years in Program/Project Management
