At our core we are driven by the imperative to significantly increase food production by 2050 to achieve netzero emissions a challenge compounded by the struggles faced by 500 million smallholder farmers worldwide. These farmers who are responsible for producing 30% of the worlds food are increasingly burdened by rising fuel and fertilizer prices and soil degradation. Our mission is to enact meaningful change that not only benefits the environment but also supports the livelihoods of these essential contributors to the global food supply. We are in search of an experienced Operations Head to oversee our supply chain warehouse management and overall operational activities from our office in Yogyakarta. This crucial position is tailored for an individual with a robust background in the FMCG startup or F&B sectors with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in the agriculture fertilizer or agricultural machinery industries. The ideal candidate will be adept at streamlining operations enhancing efficiency and ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain to support our mission of sustainable agricultural development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire supply chain from procurement to distribution ensuring operational excellence costeffectiveness and efficiency in line with our sustainability goals.
• Manage warehouse operations including inventory control logistics and distribution to ensure they meet current needs and are scalable for future growth.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiency in all aspects of the supply chain and warehouse management.
• Work closely with suppliers manufacturers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations timely delivery of products and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and optimize logistical operations identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor the operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement accountability and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards environmental regulations and safety protocols to uphold our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
• Monitor and report on operational performance using datadriven insights to guide strategic decisions and improvements.

Requirements:

• Willing to work based in Yogyakarta.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Operations Management Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the agriculture fertilizer or agricultural machinery sectors.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management with a proven track record in supply chain and warehouse management preferably in the agritech or solar panel industry.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire guide and develop a highperforming operations team.
• Indepth knowledge of supply chain management logistics and inventory control practices with a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
• Proficient in using supply chain and warehouse management software as well as standard office software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to adapt and respond to the fastpaced and changing needs of the business.
