IT Quality Assurance/ Tester

Essential technologies experience:

• 3 years of Quality Assurance
  
• Automated Testing experience and knowledge of testing methodologies
  
• Azure DevOps platform and Azure Cloud environments
  
• D365 Finance and Operations platform and Full Stack programming experience
  
• Web Testing experience
  

Responsibilities

• Report issues and propose resolutions
  
• Assisting in the analysis of business requirements user interface design test requirements and risk analysis
  
• Review projectbased test strategies while offering input and suggestions
  
• Maintain and assist in developing test plans
  
• Assist in defining and maintain quality standards policies and procedures
  
• Provide status updates and report issues to QA and project leadership
  
• Ensure the project milestones for the testing phases are met
  
• Execute tasks by doing handson work as an individual contributor
  
• Other duties as assigned and required
  

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Postsecondary education degree or diploma in IT or equivalent work experience
  
• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  
• Good knowledge of hardware systems software and utilities network communications databases and computer operations
  
• Very good communication organizational and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies (for functional/nonfunctional integration system acceptance performance security usability etc.)
  
• Experience with automated testing (for APIs services SaaS platforms UI testing desktop applications) or frameworks (Selenium Ignite etc.)
  
• Good technical writing skills and experience creating test documentation
  
• Knowledge of the D365 F&O platform (customer engagement marketing project operations)
  
• experience working in cloud environments preferably Azure
  
• power shell and/or power automate experience
  
• Basic full stack programing
  
• Deep knowledge of web testing (e.g. APIs browser differences JavaScript testing etc.)
  
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps platform (Test Plans Pipelines Boards Repos)
