Job Title Senior Software Project Manager

Scope Defining the boundaries and objectives of a project creating a framework for team members and setting expectations for stakeholders both of which are crucial for successful completion

Job Description

• Leads team on a complex small project medium size project or significant segment of a large project
• Manages project team and ensures the team has required resources to achieve project plan is satisfied and is motivated to work Plans and manages projects budget resources risk and schedule according to agreedupon scope
• Builds communication plan and regularly communicates with the customer and internal project team to achieve project plan facilitate agility ensure alignment and achieve project plan
• Ensures proper and regular reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Reviews and approves the financial proposal technical proposal and project sizing before sale to clarify ambiguities
• Ensures that project teams comply/align with established QA standards and processes and overall deliverables quality
• Participates actively in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice forums conferences and/or other knowledge exchanges

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in a related field
• years of experience in project management
• experience in managing Software Services (SAS)
• Very Good level of English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client focus and Decision Making skills
• Networking and relationship building skills
• Negotiation and time management skills
• Agile Practices
