Job Description

- Assisting in conducting business analysis to understand the clients requirements and processes
- Assisting in testing and validating the effectiveness of the new solutions
- Deploying, configuring, and tuning the software in the customer environment
- Participating in deployment and testing in client environments, bug fixes, and customizations for existing and new clients
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented and integrated with other systems
- Monitoring client satisfaction with services to ensure client needs are being met
- Identifying potential problems early on in the testing/implementation phase to ensure the success of the delivery
- Participating in Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the solutions during acceptance testing
- Assisting in Foreseeing the deployment of products onto the client environment and successful delivery
- Reporting any issues to the support team and fix the issues that happen during the implementation
